Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals who are navigating complex health challenges, including those with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience in managing mental health needs in patients who present with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with a focus on fostering relationships with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
