● Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
● Inspect facilities for potential hazards and safety issues
● Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems
● Maintain and update facility records, including maintenance logs and work orders
● Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
● Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies
● Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
