LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Washington, DC. This is a contract opportunity for a growing and fast-paced company. This role entails providing data entry and data maintenance for a project. Our ideal candidate will have data entry experience with wonderful organizational skills and possess the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before inputting information.
• Identify and correct data errors, discrepancies, or missing information in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as needed.
• Assist with routine reporting, file audits, document processing, and general administrative support.
• Follow company procedures to ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
• Communicate with team members to clarify information and resolve data-related questions.

Qualifications:

• Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; experience with databases or CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Employment Type: Contract, Full Time
