RESPONSIBILITIES Generate, nurture, and convert buyer and seller opportunities Respond promptly and consistently to team‑provided and cohort‑generated leads Follow all team procedures for accepting, tracking, nurturing, and reporting on assigned opportunities Maintain regular contact with your sphere of influence and priority prospects Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, property tours, and follow‑up conversations Guide clients through the buying and selling process from initial consultation through closing Prepare and negotiate contracts while maintaining strong communication with all parties Maintain accurate client and lead records in the team’s CRM Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, office hours, and accountability calls Complete agreed‑upon prospecting, follow‑up, and production activities Complete required training associated with team‑provided leads and programs Build an authentic professional presence through social media and community engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr Women In Real Estate®
