Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p Patients per day: 18 Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center Scope: Outpatient Clinic State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
