Pay: $40,000 – $100,000+ annually (base salary + commission based on performance)

Next 2 New Auto Sales is looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team. This is a great opportunity for a driven, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working leads, and closing deals in a steady, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles
• Build relationships with new, repeat, and referral customers
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Present vehicle options, features, and pricing clearly and professionally
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying experience
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive dealership success

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident closing ability and customer-facing presence
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
