ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in software sales. I'm a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and as a father of four, family is at the center of everything I do.

Giving back to our community is important to me. I'm an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, proudly support the local minor league baseball team, the Zoo Keepers, and enjoy sponsoring youth sports and community events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Joshua Murray - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
