The Customer Service Representative Supervisor oversees a team of 5-10 customer service representatives who handle phone and in-person interactions. This role focuses on ensuring excellent customer support while fostering team development and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives
