Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced JDE Finance Functional Support Engineer with following key responsibilities: Provide functional support for JD Edwards (JDE) Finance modules in a production environment, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues across core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Work closely with business users to understand financial process pain points and translate them into effective JDE solutions. Support period-end and year-end close activities, ensuring system readiness and minimal disruption to financial operations. Collaborate with technical teams for bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements, participating in testing and validation. Document issue resolutions, workarounds, and configuration changes in the knowledge base for future reference. Participate in root cause analysis for recurring finance issues and recommend preventive measures. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for change requests and enhancements related to finance modules Work with offshore, nearshore, client and other vendors to make sure that JDE system is up & running Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with JD Edwards Finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, or related). Solid understanding of core accounting principles and their application within JDE configurations. Experience working in a production support or application maintenance environment. Hands-on experience managing incidents and service requests through ITSM tool such as ServiceNow Ability to independently troubleshoot functional issues and drive resolution with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with finance business users and technical teams Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of integration between JDE Finance and Supply Chain modules. ITIL Foundation certification or working knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
