Requirements:This is a full-time remote Associate Attorney position with an office based in Honolulu . Seeking an Attorney to appear in District Court, Circuit Court, United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court, in person. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, manage a high-volume caseload, process all aspects of the judicial foreclosure process, and work independently with the support of staff and other attorneys. Additional details/requirements:
Provide high-quality legal representation in assigned matters (pre-litigation, settlement, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, light litigation);
Work independently with minimal supervision;
Manage high volume caseload efficiently; prepare timely and accurate filings;
Be responsive to clients; communicate case strategy and updates;
Collaborate with other members of the firm;
Maintain accurate billing and timekeeping;
J.D., licensed HI Attorney;
Eager to build legal expertise and courtroom skills;
Salary is commensurate with experience.
