Associate Attorney

Job Description Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLLC seeks an Associate Attorney in our Honolulu Office who is eager to join an innovative practice at the forefront of construction defect law. Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and sharp attorney with strong analytical skills and sound judgment. The ideal candidate will work well in a collaborative team and on individual case assignments, be organized, and be able to prioritize tasks within their assigned cases. Associates collaborate closely with Partners to recover multimillion‑to‑million verdicts and settlements for clients from the largest developers and contractors in Hawaii. Qualifications Active member of the Hawaii State Bar in good standing 3 to 7 years’ experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses Construction defect and class action experience is a plus.
