Shift: Full-Time; 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (4x10-hour shifts preferred, but flexible to other schedules)

Hours/week: 40

Employment Type: Contract

Licensure/Certs: NBCRNA Certification, KY State License (or open to licensing)

Experience: Minimum 1 year required (no new grads)

Travel & Reimbursements: Licensure, certifications, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable

Work Environment: Level 1 Trauma Center, hospital-based anesthesia support, EPIC EMR system

What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia support for a variety of cases including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (excluding Cardiac and OB)
• Support staff includes CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and anesthesia techs
• Work under supervision of anesthesiologists, typically in a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio
• Perform intubations, central line placements, arterial lines, and line placements
• Cover a patient population across all age groups (no neonatal cases)
• Maintain documentation in the EPIC EMR system
• Work NORA shifts as required
• Focus on patient safety, procedural anesthesia, and collaborative care

What You Need:

• Required: NBCRNA certification, Kentucky or open license, minimum 1-year experience
• Preferred: Experience in hospital-based anesthesia, EPIC EMR familiarity, ability to work NORA shifts
• Key Skills: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement, team collaboration
