What You’ll Do:

Lead and Grow a Top-Tier Sales Team

• Manage, mentor, and inspire 6–8 Capital Equipment Sales Reps to exceed revenue and performance goals.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development to ensure your team is always performing at the highest level.
• Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and strategic coaching to optimize individual and team success.

Drive Regional Sales Strategy and Execution

• Own your region’s sales forecast, pipeline management, and P&L performance.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams (marketing, training, service, finance, and clinical) to align on strategy and execution.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and key deals to close high-value opportunities.

Shape the Future of Critical Care Sales

• Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop tactical plans to expand market share.
• Participate in national strategic planning with senior sales leadership to shape go-to-market initiatives.
• Contribute insights on competitive intelligence and customer feedback to fuel continued innovation and excellence.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced education in business or management a plus.
• 5–7+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in medical device capital equipment or hospital systems.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing high-performance sales teams.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to manage a regional P&L.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — you're equally confident in the boardroom and at the bedside.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to compete and win in a complex, competitive marketplace.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight to support team and client needs.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the target geography.
