Project Manager - Retrofit

Job Overview Audio Enhancement is recruiting a full-time Project Manager for its Apopka, Florida location. The role is based in the office with on‑site responsibilities for school district projects. Working hours may include swing shifts during the school year and overnight travel up to 75% of the time. Responsibilities Conduct site walkthroughs, quote projects, and manage contractors and construction companies installing equipment. Coordinate key stakeholders to determine project timelines and build schedules around completion deadlines. Perform walk‑throughs, attend project calls and meetings on site, and carry out onsite QC checks. Schedule key points in implementation with internal and external resources, including installation and commissioning. Ensure installation and commissioning processes are completed appropriately. Communicate project progress with key stakeholders. Collaborate with design technicians, permitting, installation departments, and contractors through project completion. Create project closeout documents including as-built drawings, completed O&M, and warranty packets. Qualifications On‑site project management experience, with low voltage or electrical contracting a plus. Experience in project management, managing a team, and customer service. Experience with A/V and networking systems. Comfortable operating and navigating software related to project tracking and reporting. Strong organizational skills and ability to produce detailed reports. Willingness to work long hours, swing shifts, and overnight travel (~75%).
