Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) - Patient-Centered Functional Dentistry

We are a modern, relationship-based functional family dental practice in Sunnyvale seeking an experienced Dental Assistant / RDA who thrives in a positive, wellness-focused environment and has experience supporting clear aligner therapy and loves treating families. We take time with our patients and focus on education, relationships, and personalized care—not high-volume dentistry. Our Practice Emphasizes Functional and preventive dentistry. Oral-systemic health connection. Clear aligner therapy. Salivary diagnostics & oral microbiome testing. Airway and sleep screening. Exceptional patient experiences. What You’ll Do Assist chairside during restorative, preventive, and clear aligner procedures. Support and coordinate clear aligner cases, patient education, and follow-up care. Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and scans. Help keep treatment flow smooth, efficient, and organized. Educate patients and reinforce treatment plans and home care. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols. Work collaboratively to create an outstanding patient experience. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications California DA or RDA license. Experience with clear aligner therapy (Invisalign or similar preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and patient rapport. Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented. Comfortable with technology and digital workflows.
