You’ll Support Meaningful Work By: Executing integrated paid search, organic search, and AI-driven search programs to improve visibility, traffic quality, and lead generation. Building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, keyword strategies, and search initiatives that increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Collaborating with content, digital experience, CRM, and marketing teams to align search strategies with customer intent and business objectives. Developing SEO, GEO, and AEO optimization strategies that improve discoverability across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. Managing keyword research, search intent mapping, content optimization, and tracking frameworks that support measurable performance outcomes. Monitoring campaign, website, and search performance to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend optimization opportunities that improve ROI and engagement. Partnering with global and cross‑functional stakeholders to build new search capabilities, strengthen content authority, and expand Steelcase's search presence across digital channels. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in search marketing, including paid search and/or SEO. Hands‑on experience with Google Ads. Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Knowledge of keyword research, keyword targeting, and search intent. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Desired Skills and Experience Experience supporting integrated paid and organic search programs in a B2B or long sales‑cycle marketing environment. Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar search optimization platforms. Experience with Microsoft Ads and Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with content optimization, landing page optimization, and conversion best practices. Understanding of technical SEO concepts, including schema markup, internal linking, and site health. Familiarity with AI search, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) principles. Experience with UTM tracking, attribution, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field.
