Assistant Physical Therapist

YOU'LL THRIVE AS OUR ASSISTANT PHYSICAL THERAPIST IF YOU ENJOY... Coordinating with a passionate clinical care team and following directions from a talented physical therapist Following an established treatment plan to guide patients through helpful therapeutic exercises and functional training Documenting patients' progress and informing the physical therapist of your findings Educating patients on at-home exercises and recovery strategies Maintaining a collaborative, uplifting, professional, and all-around high level of care YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU HAVE... Ability to work between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Current Michigan State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with a diverse range of patients of all ages Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation Ability to travel between the Dearborn, Port Huron, and Sterling Heights locations as needed While not required, experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic would be highly desired! Bilingual English/Arabic communication skills would also be a plus for our Assistant Physical Therapist.
