Logistics CoordinatorExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a General Administrative Coordinator to join a busy transportation and logistics operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is able to perform general warehouse duties.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and communicate with drivers regarding route status and delivery updatesProvide exceptional customer service to customers, drivers, and carrier partnersAssist with staging, scanning, loading/unloading freightManage a high volume of inbound calls and email correspondenceRun reports and track daily operational metricsDistribute inbound and outbound documentation accuratelyReceive, sort, and process driver paperworkProvide administrative support throughout daily operationsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum two (2) years of administrative and/or customer service experienceAble to perform the physical aspects of the job - loading/unloading, staging freight, etc.Dispatching, logistics, or transportation experience is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and transportation partnersStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsIf you are customer-focused, highly organized, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
