Why join us? We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity for a strong project leader who can manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams while maintaining a high standard for quality and execution. The ideal candidate is organized, financially savvy, client-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of complex construction projects. Job Details 5+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules Proven experience managing project budgets and financials Experience with subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations Strong change order and cost-control experience Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency with construction project management software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
