General Liability Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney in Tyler, Texas. This role offers an opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a collaborative team and represent clients facing complex legal challenges. The position provides exposure to practice areas such as general liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and more. Responsibilities Assist in litigation matters at all stages. Represent clients in civil defense litigation. Collaborate with attorneys and partners on cases. Handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients and provide case updates and recommendations. Requirements JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the state of Texas. 2+ years of experience in relevant fields. Experience with general liability, construction, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance litigation preferred. Strong communication, writing, analytical, and research skills. Experience with discovery requests and related motions is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Superior communication and writing abilities. Analytical and research proficiency. Experience in handling court appearances and depositions. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
