Operations Manager in Training - Retail Property Lead

Macerich Management Company

Macerich is hiring for an Assistant Operations Manager in Elmhurst, NY. This Manager-in-Training role develops leadership and operational skills with the goal of advancing to an Operations Manager within 1–2 years, depending on performance and openings. You will work closely with the Operations Manager on property operations, budgeting, and process improvements while learning resource management. The role requires 2–4+ years in related operations roles, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong #J-18808-Ljbffr Macerich Management Company
