• BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred
• Several years of ED clinical experience
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor patient flow, throughput, and departmental metrics
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Serve as clinical leader and resource for ED staff
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
• Manage budget, supplies, and resource allocation
