Description
POSITION SUMMARY: El/la Operador(a) de Mquina de Coser Nivel 0 es un puesto de nivel inicial responsable de apoyar la produccin de prendas mediante operaciones bsicas de preparacin sin costura. Este rol se enfoca en preparar los componentes de las prendas para las operaciones de costura, incluyendo marcar, recortar, planchar y voltear piezas, asegurando que estn listas para su ensamblaje por operadores de mayor nivel.
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:
Responsabilidades Clave
- Marcar patrones y ubicaciones de costura en los componentes de las prendas.
- Realizar recorte, corte y eliminacin de hilos.
- Aplicar materiales de fusin utilizando equipo de prensa de calor.
- Realizar operaciones de "pick and turn" (volteo de piezas).
- Preparar partes y materiales para las operaciones de costura.
- Apoyar en la inspeccin de componentes antes del ensamblaje.
- Seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas para las tareas de produccin.
- Mantener prcticas de trabajo seguras y reportar problemas con el equipo.
Uso de Maquinaria/Herramientas:
- Mquinas de prensa de calor
- Herramientas manuales para recorte y marcado
- Equipo de produccin sin costura
Nivel de complejidad:
- Tareas bsicas de preparacin para produccin
- No se requiere costura para ensamblaje de prendas
- Este puesto no tiene responsabilidades de supervisin
Qualifications
REQUISITOS MNIMOS DEL PUESTO:
- Educacin: Diploma de preparatoria o GED preferido, pero no requerido
- Experiencia: Conocimiento bsico de mquinas de coser industriales es preferido, pero no requerido (ej. una o dos agujas)
- Habilidades: Capacidad para seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas
- Conocimientos/Certificaciones: No requeridos
- Otras Habilidades: Buena habilidad mecnica para realizar ajustes bsicos en maquinaria
