Seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and providing comprehensive patient care during hospital stays. Key Duties Include Performing thorough nursing assessments and reassessments, including admission, transfer, post‑op, and discharge evaluations. Developing, coordinating, and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessment data, diagnoses, lab results, and physician orders. Implementing and documenting nursing interventions, administering medications, and providing patient and family education. Delivering specialized care, including restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment, with adherence to safety protocols.
