Healthcare Office Concierge & Scheduling Specialist

Family Services (MD)

Family Services, Inc. is seeking an Office Specialist to provide clerical support for our outpatient behavioral health center. You will greet clients, schedule appointments (in-person and via Zoom), collect copays, answer calls, and keep documentation organized.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry in our EMR, screening inquiries, and maintaining privacy under HIPAA. Requires high school diploma and at least one year of clerical experience.
