- Source and evaluate venues, food and beverage partners, production vendors, rental suppliers, florists, entertainment, staffing resources, and other event partners.
- Conduct venue site visits, production meetings, supplier briefings, rehearsals, and post-event debriefs.
- Oversee on-site event delivery and ensure suppliers, talent, partners, and event teams execute to agreed creative and operational standards.
- Anticipate and resolve production, guest-experience, and logistical challenges calmly and effectively.
- Escalate material risks, budget concerns, or issues to the Lead Event Producer promptly, together with recommended solutions.
- Ensure appropriate event health-and-safety procedures, risk assessments, permits, insurance requirements, and incident-reporting practices are followed.
- Partner with the Lead Event Producer and Membership Managers to develop programming that responds to local member interests, cultural moments, membership priorities, and wider business goals.
- Contribute original event concepts and translate creative ideas into compelling, achievable experiences.
- Maintain strong awareness of emerging talent, cultural movements, venues, hospitality concepts, and creative communities across North American markets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with talent, cultural partners, venues, brands, suppliers, and collaborators.
- Ensure programming is locally relevant, inclusive, and aligned with Soho House values and brand standards.
- Work with the Lead Event Producer to establish a clear creative vision for each event and carry it through venue selection, styling, food and beverage, music, lighting, florals, furniture, service, and guest flow.
- Ensure Soho House style and attention to detail are evident across every member touchpoint.
- Apply a strong understanding of hospitality and the member journey to create warm, thoughtful, and memorable experiences.
- Protect event quality while balancing creative ambition, operational feasibility, budget, and business objectives.
- Oversee event content capture, briefing and guiding photographers, videographers, and other creative partners to ensure imagery and video reflect the event's atmosphere, key moments, member experience, and Soho House brand standards.
- Manage performers and talent, including contracting, schedules, travel, hospitality, technical requirements, riders, and on-site needs.
- Brief and manage multiple suppliers across a portfolio of events, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Manage partner and client relationships where events include external collaborators or commercial partners.
- Negotiate effectively with venues and suppliers to achieve strong creative and commercial outcomes.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with partners, talent representatives, suppliers, members, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage individual event budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and final reconciliation.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure suppliers and partners are contracted and paid accurately and on time.
- Maintain reliable systems for event planning, approvals, bookings, budgets, contracts, deadlines, and production documentation.
- Provide clear and timely project updates to the Lead Event Producer, including progress against timelines and budgets.
- Identify financial or operational risks early and communicate them clearly, together with recommended solutions.
- Deliver events responsibly within approved budgets while maintaining agreed experience and brand standards.
- Prepare accurate event documentation, including proposals, briefs, budgets, contracts, production schedules, run of shows, contact sheets, and post-event reports.
- Draft engaging and accurate event copy and publish event details through GEM or other designated platforms.
- Coordinate event information with Membership, Communications, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure event details and changes are communicated clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.
- Track attendance, member engagement, budget performance, feedback, operational learnings, and other agreed success measures.
- Conduct post-event debriefs and use insights to strengthen future programming and production.
- Provide timely updates to the Lead Event Producer on event status, risks, outcomes, and upcoming priorities.
- Maintain forward visibility of the event pipeline.
- Contribute to seasonal and annual planning led by the Lead Event Producer.
- Represent Soho House professionally when working with members, talent, partners, venues, and suppliers.
- Support larger-scale regional or global projects as required.

- Demonstrated experience producing complex, high-quality events from concept through completion.
- Strong creative instincts and a genuine interest in culture, hospitality, music, food and beverage, and member experiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Substantial experience managing event budgets, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and financial reconciliation.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence working under pressure and making sound decisions in fast-paced live-event environments.
- Knowledge of event health and safety, risk assessment, incident management, and relevant production requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare event copy, briefs, and production documentation.
