A respected mid-sized, locally owned law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its established and growing practice. This role can be based out of the firm's Hempstead or New York City office, providing flexibility for candidates seeking either Long Island or Manhattan access. About the Opportunity The firm is seeking an attorney with prior estate planning experience who can confidently assist clients with planning, wealth preservation, and related matters. Candidates with backgrounds in trusts & estates, probate, estate administration, or other related practice areas are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Draft and oversee estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related instruments Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and wealth transfer goals Assist with probate, estate administration, and trust administration matters as needed Work directly with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored planning solutions Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism Qualifications Active New York Bar license in good standing Minimum of 2+ years of experience in estate planning or a related practice area Experience in trusts & estates, probate, or estate administration welcomed Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively in a team environment Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Work Environment & Schedule Opportunity to be based out of the Hempstead or NYC office Established and growing firm with a collaborative culture Strong internal support and professional resources Long-term advancement potential within a respected local platform Compensation & Benefits $130,000–$160,000+ annual base salary , depending on experience Competitive benefits package Opportunity for continued growth and advancement Stable and expanding firm environment Apply today to learn more about this excellent opportunity! #J-18808-Ljbffr Bonham Solutions
