Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Nurse – MS/Telemetry

Shift: 0700-1930 Every other weekend/holiday required.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours:

Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• New York State (NYS) nursing license
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of current experience
• Strong IV skills
• Confident working with cardiac drips
• Proficient in reading EKG strips
• Experience with all types of wound care
• NIH Stroke Certification required before start

Compliance / Notes:

• Additional 8 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will need to be completed as part of facility orientation.
• Floating to Medical-Surgical (MS) units is required.
