Conduct thorough evaluations utilizing standardized tests and observation for pediatric to geriatric populations.

Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs, addressing both immediate and long-range goals.

Administer personalized speech therapy focused on enhancing communication, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.

Collaborate closely with a team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to develop holistic care plans.

Provide education for patients and their families to support therapeutic progress outside of clinical settings.

Occasionally assist with inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with all regulatory standards.

Engage in continuous professional development and collaboration with peers to stay ahead in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not already ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.

Adept in implementing evidence-based treatment techniques for all age groups, showcasing a strong grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Capabilities to modify therapy strategies to cater to diverse cultural backgrounds and language preferences.

Strong clinical judgement, creative problem-solving skills, and an ability to think on your feet.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and timely documentation practices.
