Business Development Lead

To support a growing digital agency, the temporary-to-permanent Business Development Lead will identify and pursue new client opportunities, manage inbound inquiries, and build trusted relationships with prospective clients while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and grow an outbound business development pipeline across multiple industries Qualify and manage inbound inquiries to align opportunities with the agency's capabilities Develop customized pitch narratives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals Required qualifications 5-7 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in a digital agency or consulting environment Proven success in managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue goals Experience with the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation Strong relationship-building skills and consultative selling abilities Highly organized with effective pipeline management and forecasting capabilities
