Essential Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Sales Specialist to expand our market presence in the Surgical Pain Management Division. Provide clinical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and in-service training. Collaborate with the Territory Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to specific markets. Execute successful trials and implementations within health care settings. Provide classroom‑style training and live operating‑room and office customer support. Maintain clinical expertise on industry practices and trends; support customers and internal stakeholders. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives; communicate and practice accountability. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies. Your Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a clinical field (e.g., nursing, surgical tech, radiology tech) Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience in a clinical field Technical experience in the medical field with strong understanding of OR and procedural suites Strong communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices Solid knowledge of PC‑based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ongoing personal and professional growth Ability to travel frequently and early mornings Ability to lead in the face of ambiguity and grasp complex issues quickly Persistence to achieve long‑term objectives Ability to lift 35 pounds Preferred: 5+ years in a hospital, surgery center, or medical office clinical role Bachelor’s degree preferred Nursing degree preferred Experience with orthopedic, pain, or anesthesia specialties Salary Range The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00, with eligibility for incentive compensation and benefits.
