Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Powder Coating Technician:

• Set up and operation of powder coating equipment to ensure even and consistent application of coatings

• Prepare metal parts by cleaning, masking, and sanding using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal coating adhesion

• Inspect finished products with visual checks and precision measuring instrument checks for quality assurance, ensuring coatings are defect-free

• Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning as well as troubleshooting mechanical issues

• Follow safety procedures rigorously, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to industrial painting standards

• Participate in job rotation across various departments and work areas based on production needs, demonstrating flexibility

Job requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs
