• Engage in crisis intervention for patients experiencing acute mental health distress, including cases of suicidal ideation or severe trauma responses, ensuring appropriate support and resources are utilized.

• Document and maintain accurate case records and treatment notes that comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring a transparent process and safeguarding client confidentiality.

You will primarily work with patients in hospice care, offering support and interventions to individuals and families facing terminal illnesses. Your expertise will be crucial in helping them navigate the complex emotional landscape of end-of-life care, managing grief, and fostering hope and understanding during challenging times.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Virginia LCSW license, allowing for independent practice.
