32 hrs/week. Schedule based on practice needs Monday-Friday between

8:00 AM and 7:00 PM . Most shifts will be

8:00 AM-4:30 PM

or

8:00 AM-5:00 PM Duties:

Primarily a

clinical MA role , with cross-training and support for

front desk duties

as needed. Home Location:

5th Street Station

serves as the home office, but the role will float to all designated practices as needed. Flexibility:

Must be willing to float between practices as needed based on staffing demands. Coverage Area:

The

Medical Assistant

performs patient care and administrative and clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). One year of clinical/administrative experience

required Phlebotomy experience preferred Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

required Certification/Licensure

Certification must be received within

(9) nine months of employment

in one of the following certification programs:

CCMA- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant or CMA- Certified Medical Assistant or RMA- Registered Medical Assistant or EMT- Emergency Medical Technician BLS is

required

within 90 days of hire.
