Playful environment to make new friends. What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Golf Service Associate Positive attitude – grumps are not welcome. One team mentality – teamwork is essential. Player focus – obsess over making Players’ experience the best. Ability to thrive in a popular environment – remain calm when things get busy. Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment – a plus, not a must. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info needed to enjoy their Topgolf experience. Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay and current promotions to help players make the most of their visit. Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear. Keep the venue clean, organized and inviting – tidy retail area, offer helpful guidance and recommendations. Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keep the guest services area clean, safe and compliant. Live Topgolf’s core values – Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring – every day. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Comfortable with bending, stooping and carrying. Remain on your feet for most of the shift and be able to walk throughout your shift. Engage in a variety of physical activities – carry out tasks in a high‑volume environment.
