- Source qualified candidates for hard-to-fill technical and niche roles using LinkedIn, HireEZ, Handshake, GitHub, and alternative channels.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for upcoming hiring initiatives and seasonal demand.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and interviewer communication.
- Track recruiting metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and provide pipeline updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to brainstorm new sourcing strategies when pipelines are low.
- Support process improvement projects, documentation, and workforce planning for future hiring cycles.
- 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche, or technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to use creative sourcing methods beyond standard job boards.
- Strong organizational skills with interview coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work onsite in Seattle 5 days/week.
