Office Associate – McMurray, PA Levin Furniture & Mattress is hiring an Office Associate in McMurray, PA. Hiring immediately. Pay: $16.00 per hour. Compensation and Benefits Increased Pay Rates – Earn more at Levin Paid Training – Blended Training Approach Growth Opportunities – Levin promotes from within Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance, 401K, and PTO Generous Employee Discount Beautiful Showroom with Top Brands & Trends Responsibilities Accurately enter sales transactions and order information into Storis system Verify all information related to orders is accurate; identify and correct discrepancies Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently and process information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales & service orders, account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines Provide customer service support by answering high volume inbound calls, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints/questions Respond to customer inquiries via phone, web, chat, mail, fax, etc. Consistently meet or exceed performance standards for service quality, accuracy and volume Complete and process credit applications, payments and financing paperwork Verify all paperwork for order processing is accurate Communicate with internal and external personnel professionally and timely Maintain accurate files and processes to maximize productivity Perform clerical support for store staff as needed Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills Basic reading and comprehension skills Basic numerical reasoning skills Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly and efficiently Demonstrated knowledge of software including Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills Knowledge and demonstrated ability to utilize Storis, Ring Central Phone System, Package AI Routing Software, and Company Intranet systems preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous clerical experience preferred Physical Demands Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly Ability to remain stationary for extended periods Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers Ability to operate relevant equipment and observe details to complete assigned responsibilities Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Levin Furniture does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
