Curb Machine Operator

Position We need a Curb Machine Operator to operate a curb machine and other construction equipment safely and efficiently. The equipment may include skid steers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and other pieces of equipment. Responsibilities Operate a curb machine and various other pieces of construction equipment. Work safely and efficiently in variable weather, dirty and dusty environments. Labor as needed when not operating equipment. Travel to job sites throughout Southeast WI and west to Madison as required. Obtain a Class A CDL within a specified period if not already held. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. High‑school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Punctual and dependable. Experience operating construction equipment. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends. Member of a Local Operators Union or willingness to become a union member; union membership not required before employment. Location Projects will vary by location. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to any job site are required.
