Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us!Job DescriptionManage, monitor and provide Q/A on all solutions running in the DistrictCreate reports based on needs of product and/or operational departmentsInternal reporting (i.e. status and analytical reports)Help quantify the productivity results of each solution or tool createdMapping processes using available toolsDevelop and provide technical training for operational staffData analysisExpeditors system tools (i.e. Branch exp.o, Report Scheduler, etc.)Assist operations with data requirements needed to perform their daily tasksMaintain project ticketing system capturing status, timeliness, priorities and future projects and be able to provide this update to the reporting structure for this positionIncorporate new technologies and technical advancements within operational trainingCollaborate with other BPAs on best practices and technology solutionsDevelop and share AI (Copilot) solutions within the district Physical DemandsUse of standard office equipment - computer with keyboard and mouse, phone, fax/copy/scan machine, etc.Write with pencil/pen/markerFunctions performed primarily while seated at deskQualificationsExpeditors Product and Service knowledge.More than 2 years of experience within operations preferredStrong leadership skillsSelf-management and project management skillsProficient in process mapping, execution of root-cause analysis and using problem-solving techniquesPrior experience leading communication, public speaking and trainingEffective interpersonal skills, with ability to relate to employees at all levelsStrong PC and analytical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
