You'll gain exposure to a wide range of projects, including:DOT highway and bridge constructionDesign-build and progressive design-build deliveryIndustrial, mining, and energy infrastructureLarge-scale civil site developmentWork alongside teams that self-perform critical scopes, providing deeper exposure to:grading and earthworkstructuresutilitiescivil site developmentKey Responsibilities:Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout on heavy civil projectsPrepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationTrack quantities, production, and costs to ensure alignment with project budgets and schedulesManage and coordinate subcontractors, including scope, performance, and cost trackingParticipate in project meetings with owners, engineers, and internal stakeholdersAssist with scheduling, procurement, and project controlsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred3-5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or related infrastructure projectsExperience working on DOT, transportation, utilities, water, mining, or site development projectsStrong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and field operationsExperience with design-build projects is preferred
