About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its business across the United States and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the regional growth strategy, leading the commercial organization, and partnering with global leadership to scale the business and enhance market position. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership for growth, commercial leadership to drive revenue, operational and financial ownership with full P&L responsibility, and organizational leadership to build and develop a high-performing team. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in industrial automation, sensor technology, or related technical industries, who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is adept at influencing at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of leadership experience in the relevant industries, a strong commercial acumen, and a history of leading and scaling solution-based businesses. They should be strategic, growth-oriented, and possess a direct, transparent leadership style with a high level of accountability. The role requires a leader who is entrepreneurial, comfortable with building and scaling organizations, and who can foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. The President will be expected to engage directly with key accounts, support large sales opportunities, and represent the organization at major industry events.
