PT Phlebotomist

Job Overview Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions, helping healthcare providers, researchers, and patients make informed decisions. We need a Phlebotomist to work in Franklin, OH. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 12:30pm with rotating Saturdays. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Handle administrative and clerical duties as needed. Travel to additional sites when required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or at least 3 months of phlebotomy experience. Preferred Qualifications One year or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or training program must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Pay Range $17.75 – $26.38 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications).
