We're seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Director of Sales & Events to lead revenue generation for our 80-room upscale boutique hotel featuring a full-service restaurant, lounge, meeting space, and memorable guest experiences.

This is an opportunity to join the leadership team of a unique hotel and help establish it as a destination for business travel, university events, weddings, social gatherings, and leisure guests

Job Summary:

• Develop and execute the hotel's overall sales and marketing strategy.

• Generate corporate, group, SMERF, university, sports, and leisure business.

• Build strong relationships with local businesses, Oklahoma State University, event planners, and community organizations.

• Prospect new accounts while maintaining existing client relationships.

• Negotiate group contracts and oversee event sales from inquiry through execution.

• Work closely with the General Manager, Revenue Management, and Food & Beverage teams to maximize occupancy and profitability.

• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
