Technical Accounting Manager, 130K-140K

Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Executive Search Consultant - Finance & Accounting Addison Group is partnered with a publicly traded company with operations across the country. This organization is a market leader in their field with a consistent track record of success. Due to recent growth, the VP Controller is seeking a Manager who will manage a team of two and own technical accounting functions. The ideal candidate for this role is a CPA with previous public accounting experience who is currently in a Manager or Senior role. This position is fully on-site in Fort Worth, TX Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation processes across all subsidiaries. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments. Coordinate with external auditors to support the annual audit process. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation and reporting workflows. Evaluate and manage consolidation software/tools, ensuring effective usage across teams.
