MARKETING INTERN

About the Role As a Marketing Intern, you will develop and execute strategies to communicate the value of relevant Kohl’s products and services to the right customers as efficiently and profitably as possible. What You’ll Do Assist in the development of Kohl's brand storytelling and promotional experiences for Kohl’s customers Work collaboratively with cross functional partners to bring Kohl's brands to life Build a strategy to be impactful for customers and execute media, creative and promotional strategies to align with that strategy About the Internship Dates: The internship is 10 weeks, beginning on Monday, June 7th and ending on Friday, August 13th, 2027. Location: This role is based out of our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Housing: Housing and transportation options will be provided for interns based out of the Corporate Office. Working Arrangements: As a Kohl’s intern, you’ll work in a hybrid-model, working in the office Monday-Thursday. Fridays are a flexible working arrangement date, where associates are able to work from home. However, for our interns, there are occasionally in person events on Fridays. What You’ll Do Interpret and synthesize data and insights to contribute to projects that drive traffic to Kohl’s stores and website Develop and recommend data-driven strategies to marketing decision-makers Activate new marketing tactics and/or processes Contribute to the creation and execution of cross-channel brand, digital and event marketing plan Marketing interns can be placed on teams including: Brand Activation, Strategy, Operations, CRM/Email, Media, Kohl’s Media Network, or In Store Marketing Planning What Skills You Have Preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical and strategic thinker Strong collaboration skills Results-oriented Ability to manage complex initiatives Forward-thinking and creative problem solver Essential Functions The requirements listed below are representative of functions you will be required to perform, however you may be required to perform additional functions.
