Scheduling & Routing Coordinator Full-Time 40 hours per week M-F, 6:30am-3:30pm Job Responsibilities

: Manage incoming / outgoing calls for Emergency Exit Lights department Scheduling of daily routes for assigned technicians and dispatch service calls Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactory solutions Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Additional tasks as needed to assist the department On-Call rotation option - once fully trained, can participate in on-call program for additional hours Job Requirements: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation skills required to work with customers, technicians, sales personnel, and managers Must be able to multi-task & have multiple priorities Computer Literate – Typing 40 wpm minimum. Accuracy is essential. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel primarily) Google Maps, ability to pull directions Scheduling history Strong Customer Service skills Consistent and dependable attendance Strong organizational skills Positive Attitude Knowledge of Chicagoland area Other Qualifications: Physical requirements: ability to sit or stand for several hours at a time; move about the office with ease; ability to kneel, bend, squat, and balance; and lift or move up to 20-pounds Requires reliable sight, hearing, verbal communication and touch Must be committed to creating value in the service department Integrity that aligns with Fox Valley Fire & Safety’s company values Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Compensation & Benefits:
