The ideal candidate enjoys operating in an extremely fast-paced environment and wants to be a key contributor on our team.Essential FunctionsLead and oversee daily accounting operations.Drive the month-end close processes including journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial statement compilation.Develop and mentor a diverse accounting team, driving performance and professional growth across varying experience levels.Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Implement best practices and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.Present financial information to executive management, providing insights and recommendations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Coordinate and facilitate external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation.
