Salary Range $15-$18 an hour What You'll Do Welcome every customer with friendly, knowledgeable service. Help customers find the right products and solutions for their home improvement projects. Stock merchandise and maintain clean, organized departments. Operate the register accurately and efficiently. Learn specialty services such as mixing paint, filling propane, cutting keys and glass, sharpening knives, and other in-store services. Assist with loading merchandise and support daily store operations. What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused co-workers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle high stress situations.
