Private Equity Marketing Intern

Marketing Intern (Hourly / Freelance) Aldrich Capital Partners Location: Tysons Corner, VA (In-person) Aldrich Capital Partners is seeking an entrepreneurial, self-motivated Marketing Intern to support our growing digital presence. This is an hourly, freelance-style role ideal for a master’s student pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field who is looking for hands‑on experience within a private equity firm. This is a new role for Aldrich, and we are intentionally looking for someone comfortable operating with evolving needs, and a high degree of autonomy . The right candidate will help shape what this role becomes. Responsibilities Manage Aldrich Capital Partners’ digital channels and posting cadence Regularly publish content on behalf of Aldrich, including thought leadership, press releases, thematic content focused on healthcare and software, etc. Build and maintain a content calendar Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and schedule content Proactively identify opportunities to improve consistency, tone, and reach across channels Qualifications Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, business, or similar) 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, freelance, or part‑time roles acceptable) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls without detailed direction Highly organized, with experience managing calendars or workflows Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter Logistics Must be willing to work in‑person Monday through Friday at our Tysons Corner office Hourly compensation, commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr aldrichcap
