Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SQL and business intelligence tools. Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple systems. Acts as a liaison between City staff, vendors, and IT teams to ensure reporting needs are met. Strong SQL skills; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, DAX or Tableau. Experience using scripting or programming languages (such as Python) to automate data processing and reporting. Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, utility billing, permitting, or work-order platforms (e.g., New World ERP, NorthStar Utility, SageGov, or similar systems). Experience working with high-volume transactional data and developing audit and compliance reports. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
